Fake guarantee – NordVPN: VPN Fast & Secure Review

I purchased a plan with the understanding of a money-back “guarantee.” I realized right away it was not what I needed and I cancelled and sent an email asking for a refund. No answer. No refund. Update: The developer responds right away to negative reviews, but I have yet to receive a response to my email, nor have I received a refund. I did not purchase through the Apple Store I purchased directly from the company. I don’t know how the “guarantee” can be seen as anything but a scam, given my experience.
