I can't log in

I have always been able to log in but all of a sudden my credentials will not work with the app but does when I use a desktop. I changed my pin while using a desktop. Well I can still log in with the old pin and the new pin, ridiculous. I just hope my information is safe, you guys need to fix the app and tighten up the security. My old pin should not be working after I have changed the pin! SMH

Usually allowed to log in, and since last week it's telling me that my same information isn't working. It's funny because I can use the website fine, but not the app. Please fix this problem. I know I'm not the only one.

This app hasn't allowed me to log in within the last week. So frustrating, but when I go online I have no problem. The issue needs to be addressed ASAP

For the last week or so I along with others I see leaving on here can't log in. FIX THE APP!!

This app is ridiculous. Up until recently I have always been able to log in. Now, I just keep getting an error message. It would be nice for all users to have a pay option and well as a chat/contact option like the site. It would be nice if they nearly mimicked one another.

I wrote a long review and it was lost when I hit send because the nickname I used was taken. What a sham. Long story short this app is terrible and so is the system. It's totally all about the money.

App never has up to date info on back arrears or case info and it always crashes. App is just as horrible as the child support office it self. Please do better
