NJ Child Support

The NJ Child Support Case Information application is the official child support mobile platform for the state of New Jersey; it allows custodial and non-custodial parents to retrieve secure case information related to child support payments for their children. Users are only authorized to view a case to which they are a party, and utilize a member ID and PIN to access the information. Information found within includes details on Case, Obligations and Arrears, Intergovernmental Case, Schedule, Enforcement, Financial, Disbursement, and Genetic Test Results. The application is simply to view details, and not to actually make payments. Users are also able to find the closest child support office location, using Google Maps and geotargeting. This application gives the same information and access as the web-based Case Information portal http://caseinfo.njchildsupport.org.

Worst app , it don’t gave you confirmation,-and I pay twice, I call customer service, they can not do noting about it, 0 stars don’t use this app

The old version of this app worked perfectly fine but since the upgrade I can’t view any of my case info, payments etc and have to go back to the website and look that way because the upgrade made this app useless.

Takes over a week to post payment so if you make it at the end of the month it adds it to the next month and you get letters saying you skipped a payment. Also, if you overpay so it applies to the next month it will show the payment on your ledger but still gives full amount when you go to make the rest of the payment. It’s 2020 I shouldn’t have to calculate myself what is due, the app should be sophisticated enough to do that for you.

My child support case ended in Jan 2020, I attempted to then remove my card from the CS app, but app would not give me the option. So I deleted this app in Jan. yet CS charged my card a $1029.50 payment in April 2020 even though my child support case was terminated. CS app admitted it was in error via a computer glitch that tripped the charge. CS app refuses to refund my money. My Visa card continues to dispute the charge, and CS refuses to refund my money. Now a supervisor denies it was CS apps fault. State of NJ says it not their problem and to take it up with the app who charged my card. They have 100% refused, now I am speaking to my lawyer who intends to file suit against the CS app who processed the charge without my authorization. BEWARE THIS IS WILL SCAM YOU !!!

User interface is a big upgrade from the prior app! Really like the app! Although, now the app does not open for me. Not sure if it’s because I upgraded to iOS 13 on my iPhone XS but hope they fix soon.

App use to be wonderful until the update. It now crashes everytime I try to open it and automatically boots me out. I tried deleting the app and re installing but the same problem exist.
