I wish I could give it no stars cause this app is garbage! It doesn’t work! You open it and all it does it act like it’s loading and never does! Someone needs to go back and fix this or start again with a new one! Straight trash!!!!

Can not login on the app but can with the website with the same information. Can not pay through the app. Please fix and update these problems.

I don't mind paying my Chikdsuport as long as I have a job to begin with my children were stolen from me years ago I was going to get them back but in my heart I knew her son wouldn't leave me alone and the kids was scared to come back and I don't blame them do you know how hard it was to let my kids go it was the worse thing I could ever do but I had to think of them not me. So I let them stay with his mother and he never left me alone and I need to know we why does he have to pay his Chikdsuport rears. And don't get a Warrenton for his arest and they lower his but not mine I just think it's not fare at all I love my children I would rip my heart out of my checked if they needed please some one give me justice please I'm.begging in the m as me of the Lord thank you for your Time god bless from Denise Tomassian.

I give it 5 stars For a state app..... but currently Not compatible with iOS 12.1.2 hasn’t been updated in a year crashes as soon as I enter my login information ..

The app, like anything that comes out of Jersey government, is garbage. Keeps asking to change the pin and won’t let me maneuver. Tried the website, just as bad. Tried the chat help and was rudely disconnected. Would give zero stars if I could.

Why am I being asked for my credit card information and a fee? The NJCS APP was always free. What’s up with this now?

This would be a great tool for parents to keep up with what is going on with the child support system if they would enter the correct information ie; My upcoming enforcement hearing time is 5 hours off and even after calling they still did not feel the need to correct it. I can only wonder what other information they provide in inaccurate.
