Don't benefit me in no ways! Can't make any payments! And yes sign in shows error most of the time which causes me to contact a number provide, than you have to wait almost an hour all time to speak which an agent. My check not being garish which I don't know why because they have my pay subs that clearly state I'm employed by this company than I get a letter say I'm employed by another company. Horrible!

So far the app is working fine. While this is not the place to complain about how aggravating it is to try to call child support and get the right prompt without being hung up on and actually talk to a person when your reason for calling isn't a prompt for example reporting a new employer for my ex who's part of a union and changes jobs and also why do you charge 19.99 for him to pay online? He won't (don't blame him) and he mails which delays my payments while it takes 6 weeks to start taking it directly from his check. Things need to change.

The site used to update daily. Now I have to wait till NJ CS decides to. I can't get ahold of my caseworker either. Not cool. There's no icon on my phone for this app. I still have to go to the Apple Store sign in pull up the app download it open it sign in EVERY TIME. Not Cool!!! Like said in another review, good idea BAD EXECUTION!

Everything is pay pay pay pay pay pay pay pay how about this its the easy way where you can find your Daugther how I can spend more time with my daugther or where your daughter leave this is where you can meet your daughter this is how you can contact your baby mother and your daughter not but everything is about paid Paid Paid Paid idn't give a crap about you seeing your Daugther are you spending time with her and care about her they don't care about if she think about you if you been spending time with her father if she miss her father they'll care about the money and payment and that's its for the rest of the woman they don't care about the kids spending time with the family only for the woman they care about the money sorry ladies have a good night

Please make a few changes make it so that you can make a payment make it so that you can send email make it so that you can get some answers make it so that your questions can be answered please make some changes this could be a great app. Make it so that the password and account number is saved so that you do not have to continually punch it in.
