Needs to stop crashing

The app often crashes when searching arrival times. Also, sometimes the app doesn’t show correct times, or doesn’t show the arrival time at all

Buses are said to be coming when there is no active bus on the line. Often no bus ever arrives for a particular route until the next cycle.
I updated the latest one then it started to crash

Whenever I tapped "nearby", it automatically crashed. I tried deleting and re-downloading which don't work at all. Please fix it!
Constant Crashing

Since my last iOS update the app constantly crashes and fails to update. Virtually unusable.
Ghost buses, wrong times and blank app.

I gave this app a 1* because of multiple reasons. 1. Wrong times - buses saying 10 mins to your stop when it’s really 1 minute or 30 etc. Example being me waiting for the #4 bus in Boston and it says 10 mins, so I watch it and it goes from 10 mins, 9, 8, 7, 6.... 1, 0 and then to like 30 mins with a bus never going by. 2. The app showing nothing - either on wifi or not, on multiple occasions the app will just be blank saying data not available. I’ve reset the app, and even deleted and reinstalled it and nothing. Kinda pointless to have an app you want people to be able to rely on when it doesn’t show you any buses at all. 3. Ghost buses - I’ll admit I’m not 100% sure how the app works. I’m not sure if each bus has to flip a switch or use gps or what to get the app to be accurate, but on many occasions I’ll even be at train/bus stations with my bus sitting there in front of me and it doesn’t show on the app at all.
Needs to fix some bugs

This app has worked well for me before and has been a great help ever since I moved into an apartment. But recently it keeps telling me about a network error and it can’t pull up any of the buses, I have connection to the internet so I don’t know what the problem is.
