I used to rely on this for University if Maryland buses. Now it won’t even open.

I use this at school and our campus bus route shows up on here. It’s wonderful in the sense that it is very accurate to when it will come to my stop. However, it just crashes on me to the point where there’s no point even trying again. I’m not sure if it’s because the bus isn’t running, but I don’t think that’s true because our bus runs until four and has crashed before then. Overall, a mostly reliable app that is very accurate, but needs work on the whole crashing thing.

It’s ok when you are near a operating form of transit. If not it just crashes and exits me out. I understand if a bus or rail isn’t running at particular time that I live nearby but to completely exit me out b/c of no nearby transit is not right. What’s needed is to view the stops in a particular direction. So if I’m taking a bus southbound I have an option to see that buses stops only for southbound. Example some buses go in a square direction at the beginning of the south direction and follows same almost the same square for the north bus and shows the same exact stops for each route during that square. So it would be nice to update those stops in that area so it won’t be confusing and do less walking. And improve the bus/rail blimp and times to every 2-4 seconds. That way people won’t miss their bus or train. And because the app takes too much time to update the current buses/trains to their current locations (I’ve missed a few busses because the app said the bus was a minute away and around 5 blocks away but shows up about 10 seconds after I’ve refreshed multiple times or I’m at a bus stop and says it’s a few minutes away and numerous blocks away but I see it about a block away when I refreshed).

The app crashes every single time I press anything in the app. I open it and I can’t do anything to see any sort of usable information
