Crashes 2 seconds after opening

How am I supposed to use this app if it crashes two seconds after opening every time
Bad interface, worse infrastructure

The interface is kludgy and doesn’t update properly. The servers it relies on are constantly crashing. "Apache Tomcat error" is the most popular bus route. This app and system is so unreliable it should be considered a crime to push this onto people.
I used to like it now it’s not even worth downloading

The app never says that there’s a buss coming. It says there’s no stops within a mile of my location even though I’m currently sitting at the buss stop!! I deleted it and reinstalled it TWICE now. Trust me this app is not worth your time.

It does not have UI friendly. Today there is a better apps with a better UI that show route path of the bus. Nice try but guys the developers need to work a little bit more.

This app used to work great but then I updated it and now it shows there are no stops near me when there are about 12. I wrote the developers about it but it doesn’t seem to be fixed.

I tried this app out and it shows busses that are 4 miles away as being my closest bus. So bad. Deleted because it’s actually worthless.
Buggy App with Poor Functioning

For serving such large metro areas I expect a better tech service. App is slow and buggy. Rides are supposed to be in real time but doesn’t accurately track transport.

Many times, I'll see the timer for the stop I'm next at go from "3 minutes" to "19 min" without any bus showing. This happens about once a week
