The old version better

I wish you can at least update for the iPhone x and fix it because sometimes at doesn’t show the right time for example at say 10 more minutes for the bus one minute later it say 5 more minutes that makes me upset ? and scared because I’m going to be late for my work and I have to wait for the other bus so please fix it and thanks ??
A good app but needs support for iPhone X

I’m glad the app team finally updated the app as it does look much more modern. But nothing says modern like updating the app for iPhone X because all the new updates still look bad. We’re in 2018, please. ?
Needs improvement

2 things that needs to be implemented: 1) Is directions via the app. So if I want to travel to the Staples Center (I know what to take, but some people might not) for a Clippers or Lakers game, it would be great to see is transportation to and/or from the Staples Center. 2) Is fairs for the buses and trains. If I need to take 2 busses to get to my destination and 1 bus back, it would nice to see how much I would need. What’s needed is to view the stops in a particular direction. So if I’m taking a bus southbound I have an option to see that buses stops only for southbound. Example some buses go in a square direction at the beginning of the south direction and follows same almost the same square for the north bus and shows the same exact stops for each route during that square. So it would be nice to update those stops in that area so it won’t be confusing and do less walking. And improve the bus/rail blimp and times to every 2-4 seconds. That way people won’t miss their bus or train. And because the app takes too much time to update the current buses/trains to their current locations (I’ve missed a few busses because the app said the bus was a minute away and around 5 blocks away but shows up about 10 seconds after I’ve refreshed multiple times or I’m at a bus stop and says it’s a few minutes away and numerous blocks away but I see it about a block away when I refreshed).
No prediction?

My line, the 57, has been showing “no prediction” all day. It’s not as if the predictions are super accurate all the time — most often, they are far behind schedule — but at least they give me some sense of when the bus will arrive. Please address the “no prediction” issue.
App won't even open keeps crashing

I have an iPhone 6s and this app won't even open, it keeps crashing. Fix it so that it is usable!!!

Next bus is the only app I have that crashes as soon as I open it. This new update makes the app unusable.
Only as good as muni time updates

I think this app is linked into Muni which has predicted times of arrival, NOT real times. So if there is a problem for some reason, the app will tell you everything is on time because it doesn’t know. Example: the app and the muni sign at the stop said there was a muni coming in 10 minutes. Then at 0 minute the app showed the muni at my stop. (No muni) Then both muni and the app went to “muni arriving in 10 minutes” So 20 minutes standing when I could have just hopped on a scooter!! ***There should be a way to have real time updates.

The app was working wonderfully for me, but I recently updated the app a couple days ago and now every time I try to open the app, it crashes and won’t even open.

The app works fine for the small town (with limited routes) that I currently live in, but it constantly crashes if I’m not at/near a stop.
