iOS app no longer allows to switch usernames

I have multiple homes with multiple Orbi setups. Used to be able to switch between accounts in the app by deleting our username and changing to another. Currently unable to do this. I’m stuck in a single username and unable to change it. Can only change pw. Therefore I can’t sign into one of my accounts. Please fix.

Orbi is great. I wish I would have known about it sooner. I’m looking forward to Skyping with my family and sharing my screen as we watch concerts and movies without any delay or interruption.

The biggest problem with the Orbi mesh system , and app is it does not allow you to control which network you use. It sends a message to your devices saying they should Be on 5 or 2.4 g whenever it works. Our devices are constantly dropping to terrible speeds yet the app says I'm running 480 mbps. As I'm typing this review I just tested the speeds and am staring at a Netflix screen that has been buffering for 5 minutes hardwired and sitting at 0%. Despise this.
Awesome! Without a doubt… our lives have been made better thanks to Orbi!

Orbi has seriously changed the way we live! We run 18-23 devices on WiFi daily and can’t remember having issues with Orbi in the last 2-years! If anything, we take her for granted!

So far, so good-this ORBI Mesh Network looks like it’s okay for now. I will update my 4-Stars after 30 days of use to determine what exactly the speed is. That’s it for now. Prof. & Engr. D. Ugwudiobi

So glad I am with Orbi! No internet. Xfinity no help. Fixed through the app. Would buy again!!!
