Worst new version ever

The first version was ok but since I had to do the upgrade it doesn’t work at all!!!! I deleted and downloaded back a thousand times and it’s not working

Cancelled but still being charged

I liked this app when I was using it continuously but ever since I cancelled my subscription, I have still been being charged a monthly amount. I contacted the company through email and phone and have yet to hear anything back. It’s been about a year since I’ve cancelled my subscription and I’ve been getting charged every month since. Not at all happy with the customer service.

Update is HORRIBLE

My previously downloaded classes are completely gone. I’ve tried to reset my password to login and the link has still yet to be emailed to me which, I cannot play any classes without logging in. I also reached out to support to ask about existing downloads when they first emailed about the upcoming app update and they take no concern and say “We hope you’ll enjoy the new updates!” Nope.

I subscribed through the Apple App Store, after I updated, which I was required to do, I can’t log back in. I’ve been looking for a number to call and try to figure it out, but I can’t find a single point of contact for help. Loved the app before, but this is extremely frustrating.

There needs to be more elliptical classes

I downloaded this app after reading that it had elliptical classes. There is simply not enough variety of elliptical classes for individuals that need beginner to intermediate level classes.

Great selection, bad app functionality

The app has a great selection of workouts and I was really really happy with it until the massive update. It just isn’t working well with my firestick. It sticks, freezes, and moves awkwardly. The picture doesn’t fit my 55in screen. It cuts off the sides and time left display. I could blame it on the TV but everything was working before this update. I also can’t log into the app on my phone. It doesn’t recognize my AOL email address anymore. However, it will login in to a computer. I understand apps have bugs but this is bad and extremely frustrating.

Best app I’ve used for exercising

I’ve never done or been more focused with my workouts than during quarantine and COVID. This app has helped me fall in love with working out again, enjoying it and put my health as top priority. The trainers are amazing, their concepts are so incredible that in a day you can do a 30min hit class and then finish it up with some relaxing Pilates. Highly recommend it to ANYONE regardless of your level! Favorite concepts are push and forzag! These guys absolutely kill it. I’m in love; best purchase I’ve made since quarantine for sure

Locked out of subscription

I had spent money out front for a year subscription. I loved the app. However, it kicked me out and says I need to pay again. I contact customer support week ago and no one has tried to reach out to fix the problem. The app is awesome but it’s very disappointing I can’t use it anymore. I feel like I was taking advantage of sense I paid upfront.... be careful.
