I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to for this app. It’s amazing! I love it!The only thing I want more of are live classes based on muscle group, or some type of indicator what muscles are being worked. Also merch please, like booty bands, boxing bags, etc. I’d buy it!

I hate the new app. They made it more difficult to find the routines I like. I just tried to sign into a live class, which wouldn’t play for me. Thinking of canceling my subscription. I’d rather have the old app back. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Customer service gets a D-

Constant freeze after update

I like the workouts and the variety but the new app constantly freezes during the class, which makes workout out nearly impossible. I have other workout apps that don’t freeze so can’t the the network issues. This freezing also only starts after the recent update . Please fix it

The new update is horrible, I keep having glitches in the app and it is significantly less user friendly. The old layout is way easier to navigate and I never had any technical issues. Please bring the old layout back.

I purchased this app on my Apple TV and I loved it at first. Then they upgraded the app and I haven’t been able to use it since!! It won’t let me log into my account. I’ve emailed tech support and I have to wait DAYS between reply’s from someone. I hate that I’m paying for this daily so I’ve been doing workouts on my phone screen. Yay, how fun. Seriously, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Not worth it!

When I first downloaded the app I was able to do a few workouts. Amazing selection of great fitness programs! Unfortunately a few days later the app has stopped working for me. I can’t log in! I have tried redownloading the app and still nothing. If I could get it to work I would purchase an annual membership in a heartbeat.

The new update is overload on all of my devices. I constantly get an alert on my Mac saying “this website is using significant memory. Closing it may improve responsiveness of your Mac”. Therefore, it drains my battery and my computer starts overheating, which doesn’t happen with any other website. I tried using a lower quality video playback with their settings control, and still had this issue. There used to be volume controls so I could lower/raise the volume and listen to my own music at the same time. This is now gone. I can no longer minimize/half screen the workout without completely stopping the workout. I can no longer log into the app on my phone OR iPad, I sat there waiting for a solid 5 minutes multiple times while the screen “loaded” indefinitely. The updated home page is aesthetically pleasing, but too much is going on and I think that’s why so much has gone wrong. I used to love this app, and recommended it to all my friends, and now I can barely stand to use it.

This makes my heart so sad to see that people can’t have a simple dance class without having to pay a lot of money! I suggest looking elsewhere for free workouts.

I want to love this but..

The navigation on Apple TV is awful. Purely awful. You can’t see where the cursor is at, it seems overly sensitive, and sometimes to get out of the app takes like 50 clicks. This is recent too - when I first downloaded the app back in April it was not this bad, but an updated a long the way has barely made it useable. Classes are good, and there’s variety, but they don’t seem to invest in a lot of their trainers, especially recently - they bring new ones on then it seems like they fall off after 5 classes or so and I can’t find them again.
