Good app but...
Loyal, but frustrated shopper
I wish there was a way to scan receipts on top of scanning each barcode. There’s shopping trips that I’ve made that are 200$ or more but it would take me an hour to scan each item. I’d have WAY more transactions for you if it weren’t so time consuming. Other than that I love it!!

I’m in my 1st week of using the App instead of scanner and so far so good. I’m really enjoying scanning as I put in my grocery cart instead of not letting anyone at home touch anything until I get everything scanned. The only problem I’ve encountered was it scanned a couple of items more than once, but I was able to remove them by editing. This is much better!

Great app, so much more convenient and easier to use than the old style handheld scanner (long time member). Love saving my points to get awesome gifts. All for scanning & “transmitting” (and this part is SO much better than the old handheld where you had to use a landline phone to transmit!) stuff I buy.

I ended up typing the barcode due to the barcode reader being super horrible.
Need to automate more functions

The app requires a lot of filling in of information- you should change it to automate more functions. This will make it easier for people to scan more items more frequently. An example would be- when scanning items for a shopping trip I have to manual add up the total before scanning it, you should be able to get that number from all the items I entered and not need me to do the math. It’s discouraging to have extra steps involved in the process.

Hard to line up bar code with phone. First time user. Had to abort first scan. May be able to do it now. Don’t know. Will see.

The app is very user friendly. The interface was easy to understand and the spin the wheel is actually kind of fun!
