The app could be a little more user friendly. Scanning the bar/UPC codes are pretty challenging. I ended up manually entering in the numbers.
I love that it’s on my phone

I love that it is on my phone and not a separate piece of equipment. It’s easy to scan items and earn points. I do with the scanner worked better in my kitchen lighting. Works wonderfully in my living room but if I try to scan things as I place then in the fridge it has a hard time reading the barcode. That is why I only have it 4 stars.

Not sure how I feel so far. Inputting items isn’t exactly convenient. Scanning the receipt would be much preferred considering I work full time and chase 2 kids I don’t really have time to scan every individual item. Also I primarily shop at Sams club in store and there isn’t an option for that. Not that I could find anyway.

This app has made scanning my products so much faster and easier! NCP offers great rewards for participating and they don’t take long to add up!

The bar code scanner part didn’t work well at all. And after it finally scanned the barcode and you answer all the imperatives it should automatically push you forward to the next item to scan....like the hand held scanner does. The idea of the ap on my phone is great but too timely. You should look at sams clubs scan-n-go ap...that one works brilliantly!

This app is very friendly. Way easier to use than the scanner. I am so glad that I switched to the mobile app.

The app is frustrating to use, especially when you have to scan items from Club Stores
Need manual picture taking option

I tried scanning the barcode reference book and it kept picking up the wrong item as the camera was too sensitive. I had to put sheets of paper to cover the other barcodes after canceling out numerous wrong items
