Great when it used to work

Smooth sailing until the app decided not to load. After rebooting my iPhone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which requires entering all your information over again), waiting on “hold” with NCP for a long time and finally speaking with someone, she got it working again. Once. Now, every time I want to use it, I have to uninstall, reinstall and re-enter information) or it won’t load. All of my other apps are fine. My WiFi is fine. This app is not. Too bad.

Works good, would like to see a little more time allowed between scan alert. Please allow to shut off tones! It drives my dog nuts. Love the favorite store list.

Seriously I need a nickname?

This is definitely more convenient, but there is one thing I liked about scanner more than the app. If I started scanning groceries in store and paused for a long period of time when I turned it back on my progress was saved and I could finish my transaction. With the app that was not the case and I had to start over. Other than that it’s great!

We love the fact that you no longer need the bar code reference book anymore. We also like that you don’t have to wait till you get home to record your purchases.

Love this app so much more than the scanner! Easier to use and a nice look. I give 4 stars for 2 reasons.. 1. If you don’t scan a barcode within a short time it will beep at you. Sometimes I’ve needed just a few more seconds to turn an item or re focus the camera on my phone. 2. There are still lots of store missing. Aka retail stores. Would like to see more added. Other than this, it’s awesome. Thank you!

Mobile app is much easier to use. However, I don’t understand why I still have to scan from the barcode booklet. Why can’t you just choose what you’re doing? Example, getting gas, why do I have to scan the barcode and can’t just mark Gas Trip Only within the app. Doesn’t make it easy to scan things on the go.

Way easier than home unit

This app is way easier than using that home unit. It is much quicker too do I am able to enter in more receipts. My main issue with the home unit was that it was taking up all my time so I couldn’t enter in more receipts.

Will not scan have to put in manually over 50 percent of time sticks and can’t back up if mistake made, called in too NCP got run around no help told to delete and download program again no help
