App won’t open!

This app doesn’t deserve to take up space on my iPad. Repeated attempts to open the app are met with a message that connection speed is too low. Every OTHER app on my device opens just fine using my cell service, yet NBA does not. So, OFF WITH ITS HEAD!

Will there ever be an app update that will fix the connection error message that will not allow users to launch the app on iPads? For a service we paid for I would have expected something sooner but it has been a month since I have been able to watch and I highly doubt you are going to reimburse me for that month so please update

Crappy app with many system failures and failure to get adequate support from the support center. Constantly told we will look into it but it’s an issue several times a year and at the most important parts of a game. I continuously open a ticket and give y’all the number just for nothing to happen and end up writing another review.
The absolute WORST app!

I have plenty of experience dealing with a wide variety of defective and poorly designed apps, but this one definitely takes the top prize as worst app ever. It’s impossible even to sign in, it sends you back to the sign in panel constantly or displays error messages, and the layout is about as user-unfriendly as they come, just a mess of lights and color with no rhyme or reason. That’s just my first impression. I’ve been wrestling with this app for way too many hours, but it’s one step forward and two steps back the whole way. Try again, NBA. You can do better than this.

This app is slow and full of glitches, and has been like this for at least three years now. Sure it’s visually appealing, but lacks content. I made the switch to Score early in the season, and highly recommend you try it out. I love their website, but it’s shocking that the official NBA app is this bad.
