All I want is to be able to watch the Thunder in peace. Since they’re never on national television, and I don’t live in OKC, I’m stuck only watching 1/8th of their games. If anyone has a suggestion let me know.

After a while the app started saying poor internet and I couldn’t get back in. My internet is great but apparently it’s too slow? Please fix this I really like this app!

It’s literally impossible to reset your password when you forget it. I’ve tried soooo many times because I feel like it’s a good service other than games on NBA TV, TNT, or ESPN/ABC

UPDATE 2/24/20: It works again on my iPad, so I’ll continue my subscription. Bumping to from 1 to just 3 stars because of residual frustration. 2/23/20: Since the Feb 2020 update, it always says “Slow Network connection” which is incorrect because other streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu) work just fine, and Speedtest also shows >75mbps speeds for my iPad Air 1 running iOS 12.4.5. It does work fine on an iPhone X running 13.3.1, but I usually watch on my iPad which is why this is getting a 1 Star from me. I’m regretting signing up for NBA TV and will probably cancel if it doesn’t work tomorrow.

Look, this app no longer works at all on my old iPad. Works kinda meh on my new phone. But let’s be honest: Even when it works, it’s bad. The NBA’s digital apps are an embarrassment to the league. The league is hip and exciting and stats-driven... and their digital presence, for some reason, is like 5 years behind Major League Baseball. That’s inexcusable. I subscribe to “League Pass” for both sports. For my MLB subscription I get perfectly streaming games where I can call up live stats and boxscores and “player card” overlays seamlessly, and everything updates in real time! For my NBA money, I get a buggy app which works on SOME devices, but even then drops out frequently and is up to 30 minutes behind with the in-game data. There is no conceivable excuse for this. Hey NBA: Fire people. Hire new people. Fix this embarrassment. Your great league deserves a great app, and you absolutely do not have that right now.

Everything loads like I’m opening my AOL home page in the 90s

On iPad Air with OS 12.4.5 I repeatedly get “Slow Network Connection” error. No other apps have this issue. Stinks.

Sometimes Incant sign in. Works flawless in browser or on android but the iOS app is the worst.

I have a subscription to watch Lakers games all year and everything was working very good. But ever since the new version of the app came out, it says I can’t connect again to my subscription and now I can’t watch games anymore.
