iPad functionality – NBA: Official App Review

Will there ever be an app update that will fix the connection error message that will not allow users to launch the app on iPads? For a service we paid for I would have expected something sooner but it has been a month since I have been able to watch and I highly doubt you are going to reimburse me for that month so please update
