Slow network connection error (and others)

Love the app when it works, but it consistently gets bugs that make it unusable. I’d say a couple times a year. I also don’t understand why games, especially local, are blacked out. Just charge more, if you have to, and give us access.

First, I seldom write any reviews and shame on me for not sharing info for apps I love. I read reviews for any app I purchase so I should contribute my experiences as well. Second, I purchased NBA League Pass because I live in the east but been a Laker fan since I was a kid. I am also a Duke fan and wanted to watch Zion play in the NBA. Third, I purchased my NBA League Pass thru my Apple TV. It has been nothing but trouble. I have Apple TV on two televisions and no, let me repeat, no live games will play using Apple TV. I can watch games old or day before games but no live games. I called tech support twice and they cannot fix the issue. They had me completely remove the app and reinstall but still same issue, no live games. The error message simply says; sorry something went wrong. Fourth, I have two TVs that use Amazon Fire stick for streaming. They will actually play live games for me thru the NBA League Pass app. However, at times during the game I get the low internet streaming level message and the game stops playing. Listen, I have great internet service with mesh networking. My rates are consistently 481 mbps. I use NFL Sunday Ticket streaming, MLB streaming, spectrum mobile tv, AT&T watch TV, Hulu, and have absolutely no streaming issues. Fifth, sorry for the length of this review but I will probably cancel my subscription with NBA League Pass. Why pay for something that simply does not work. Sure, I can get the NBA news and team highlights with the app but I can get that info from google or ESPN. I purchased the app for watching live games and for me that does not work.

I haven’t been able to connect for the last several weeks, and instead get a message saying something to the effect of “slow network connection - please try again.” My connection is 118 mbps, so that’s not the problem. The app is the problem. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Latest update broke it again !Won’t even open on iPad running iOS 12.4.5 just sits on the splash screen spinning and then says I have a slow internet connection, if a 250 MB’s connection is too slow then I give up. Garbage app

This was a problem before and then it was fixed. Now it’s happening again. No problem with computer or iPhone. Just iPad. Please fix it. Again.

I have used your app for years and now all I get is a message that my internet is to slow. My internet has not changed and I have no other issues with my internet. What is the problem?

Bought nba all access via direct tv. Usually cannot get access to games at all when travelling. No support. Won’t buy it again. I am hoping they move to China.
