The iPhone app is terrible, won’t retain the card number. The Android app I have never had issues with but this is unusable.

First of all, I dont understand why this app hasn’t been updated in years. If you’re not going to update it, take it off the App Store Second of all, it’s a pain in the butt just logging in. You’d think they have Face ID just like their main app to log in and verify information but sadly this isn’t the case. I just don’t understand why they’re constantly updating the regular NFCU app but neglecting the prepaid app. Make it make sense. Don’t offer a service with poor customer service and an app with a user interface made in the Stone Age. And why is that I have to have multiple account to use said prepaid cards. Why can’t it be possible to manage them all in one account. I expected better from y’all.

The Navy Federal BANKING app is pretty good. But I have no idea why they’ve left this app in the rear view. Please update this app BIG TIME.
Why an App doesn’t work?

How could be that a Navy Fed App doesn’t work. I thought I did something bad. I read the comments and everyone says the same things. It says it’s so simple to use the App, but you can’t even put the card number in, it says invalid if I try to put the other 3 simple answers to the questions. How you can put out this App if it doesn’t work? I’m so disappointed

I can’t believe this is a Navy Federal product, the app is horrible. That tells you what they think about their prepaid customers.
