This app is frustrating. I keep trying to enter my username and it won’t even open the text box for me to type.

The app won’t let me delete a profile, that, even though I put in the correct password, it says it is the wrong password. When I try to reset the password, it says the card doesn’t exist or it’s invalid. I tried to reenter the card number via the add a new card section and it says it’s invalid or to reset the password. The card works and is activated because my teenager has been using it with the funds I originally added to it. And when the website works, I’m able to add funds that way too, but that website is off and on. It’s been super difficult to add any funds to my teenagers card. What is going on with this! Very frustrating!!! This app is a pain in the A! It’s difficult to put in your password.

This App needs an over haul! Once again every so often your app will cause me to not be able to login out of the blue! No reasons why it just does it. Just when it was working good for the whole summer it starts acting up again. Good thing I didn’t have to transfer funds right away for something while standing in line. Whose running this app?? No warning it will be down and can’t load funds this is ridiculous! At least send out an email before updating or shutting the app down. A little courtesy goes a long way.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve been able access the app. I tried updating and it still won’t load. Never had a problem before but this is frustrating.

This app needs a new design, update and format. No thumb or face recognition login. When typing password word you can’t even see what you are typing. One of the worst apps ever

I can't log in to my Buxx account through this app. I'm a parent, have a Buxx acct to manage my kids' cards but not a card of my own. The app kicks from the account login page to requiring I enter my card number. Seriously NFCU, if you can afford to advertise during an NFL game, you can do better with the products you offer members.
App Stopped Working

For the past few months when I’ve tried to load money on my teen’s card, the app will not work. Once I click on it, the app opens and closes immediately. It’s not useful if you can’t have the convenience of the app.
What’s wrong with app

Had for over a year fine. Hadn’t used in a couple months(pandemic) now app just forces close upon opening. ????????
