So, I don’t know why people think this is so bad and complain about how you have to login every time, THERES A AUTO LOGIN PEOPLE, I use this a lot to check my money for if I want to buy something and it’s doing great!

This App is basic and doesn’t do much. I need to update my account information like phone number etc and there is nowhere I can do this. I also received a new card and cannot activate it from the App. Please make this App better!

No updates in years. Frequent crashes, looks terrible on any phone larger than the iPhone 4. NFCU doesn’t care because they say it’s not their app, Visa apparently made it. Laziness and apathy all around.

3 digit code for credit card doesn’t work on iPad

Every time I’ve tried entering the 3 digit code (from the back of my credit card) to add money to my Buxx account on my iPad, it does not work. Buxx ends up closing out. It works fine on my iPhone but not on the iPad. Please fix this whereas I use my iPad the majority of the time because it’s bigger than my iPhone and I can see better on my iPad.

App is very outdated and glitchy. It also is not compatible with Apple Pay. This app needs a new update! It also crashes a lot and if I need a transaction to make, I’m scared it will crash during a transaction or when I am requesting funds.

Although it has instructions to make transfers or request money the icons are not there for you to perform these functions.

Lack of updates is making this app buggy.

This app was last updated to make it compatible with iOS 9, at the time of this writing we are on iOS 14. The longer this app goes without being updated is making this app buggy and less secure. iOS updates are released to fix vulnerabilities and to add new features. The lack of updates in this app shows that this company is not being proactive with identifying and fixing vulnerabilities as well as not taking advantage of new security features. This app main purpose is to deal with money and not keeping up with security updates is not good. This app keep crashing to the point that it has become unstable and unusable. Fix it or replace it.

Works but glitchy

I am able to load my sons card. However.........It’s not user friendly, doesn’t remember my logon info, won’t use Touch ID, blacks out if you make the wrong selection, closing and reopening the app works most of the time. But it did glitch my phone and I wasn’t able to get to my search screen or the app without rebooting my phone. Day 1 Please fix the functionality issues. Touch ID and remembering password are super convenient, but not as important as the other issues.
