I am thoroughly frustrated with this application. I thought a boat load of money was spent on this new application? I guess it did not include fixing this massive problem.

Nowhere in the app can I find the status of my subscription, renewal method, or method of payment. It doesn't even show up in the AppStore under subscriptions. AND I was recently fraudulently charged $99.99 by National Review (under investigation). They need to fix this fast!
Daily WSJ reader
Paid for all access, but can’t get onto the app despite hearing back from technical support that they had “fixed the issue on the backend”.

The magazine founded by William F. Buckley Jr. is still the finest vehicle for a lucid application of right reason to analyze current affairs. It also maintains its humor and is always an enjoyable read.

Hands down the best source for Conservatives. These guys are journalists not propagandists.....App works great. Articles load just fine and the videos are flawless.

This app is soooo unworkable. As a subscriber to NR (hard copy) I want access to current issues on my IPad--so far, IMPOSSIBLE! (No problem w/my other mag. subs.). NR Customer Relations: Are you listening, or do you even care?

Love NR, have since I was an undergrad. Gave up on NROTD to go digital. Two major issues (no pun intended): 1. Have to be connected to go to text mode...not good. Lemme have the text I'm paying for offline, please. 2. Much Bigger Problem: Suddenly, inexplicably stops working and goes to black screen. Only solution has been to completely delete app and reload. Not good if you're on a flight which I was both times so far that this has happened! Help, developers! Save my NR!

National Review is a must-read for thinking human beings whether they be conservatives or libertarians. But this app leaves a lot to be desired. My main complaint is that it's too easy to go into the Text mode by inadvertently tapping the screen while reading. The only way to go into Text mode should be hitting the "Text" button. Right now, I find myself frequently switching between the modes without intending to.
