I am not able to log into my account as I don’t have access to the registered phone number. There was no number I could dial to help so had to wait for the chat function which is only sometimes available. Currently chatting to someone and so far it’s been 20 mins and all they’ve asked me for is my email. Incredibly frustrating.

Only a 2 star because I didn’t know you have to have a job to have one of these cards . If your don’t have one then they close account

Horrible customer service! I contacted them to ask a question, the chat got disconnected and next thing you know I get an email saying my new card is coming in the mail …. I did not request a new card and I haven’t been able to access my money or pay any bills for 2 WEEKS waiting on a new card!!! Maybe don’t order customers new cards without asking first …. I love the early deposits but that’s the only pro of having an account. Deff closing mine and going back to chase.

I use this card for my son who is disabled. I load money on the card each week so he has money to spend and I am able to log into the account and see where he is using the card and if I need to put more money on it for him. This is really convenient for me as I live 300 miles from him.
Horrible online support

I have been locked out of my account for almost 3 months. The ONLY way they say they can support me is to use the online chat box system. However, NO one every logs in and you sit for hours waiting. Now I am trying to close my account.

It’s the 7th day and I can use my N26 for anything, card locked by app and app is not loading, I can’t transfer yet no email indicating what’s happening or if there is a complicated. Live chat takes hours and no reply from support via email. I understand you have a great app for banking but please put everything else in place I’m extremely upset at how you handle customers.
Unable to verify identity, constant crashes

I have tried to verify my identity with 3 separate IDnow representatives (a requirement to make an account) and each time I wait forever many minutes and then complete the identification with my passport and the app crashes while it’s „verifying“ my identity. Very frustrated. My fire d says the app is very convenient. Too bad I can not sign up.

Call was a happy N26 US customer but they froze my account for months without any explanation or willing to speak to me. They never gave a resolution and finally just closed my account and sent a check for the balance. This really messed up my payments for bills and whatnot. Software is great the service is unprofessional and useless. Hopefully they do better on the European side.
