Poor customer service. Extreme lack of communication.

My account was locked a week ago. I have no access to MY money and customer service keeps giving me the same copy paste answer everytime I try to get an update. Keep emailing with no response. I am now late on several bills because of this. Their debit card is cool but it isn’t worth the hassle. I’m regretting making this my primary account. Update: They tell you to contact customer service but customer service does nothing except give you copy paste answers. I’m closing my account.

N26 probably the best digital bank app ever been with them for a year now with all the great features available can’t say none bad about them but one feature would be helpful is “VDC” Virtual Debit Card cause all lose our card or have to replace them form time to time so having this feature would benefit all of us -DeAndrew Harris
A full 2 weeks to get a hotel hold back.

Even though the hotel had faxes N26 a statement saying they were not collecting on the charge they still kept my money. It says online that they are fast. They should be sued for false advertising.

Everything I read about this bank from these comment online are all lies this is a very big lie I believe these people are paid to bring down the name of this bank, N26 is one of the best and fastest bank I have ever used in my life and I have saved more than 100,000 euro with this bank and everything goes perfectly fine and smooth I advice everyone to use this banking service God bless you N26 and I pray I direct more customers to you guys

I absolutely love this bank... I can add money multiple ways so no more struggle to move $ from 1 account to another..Direct deposit, bank transfer, Debit Card, other N26 users and even Google/Apple pay...I used to have to either PayPal from my SOs account to mine or vice versa and then transfer from PayPal to my bank account or put the loaded card on cashapp, add money, replace the card with the I need the money on, and cash out and both ways would cost me 3 - 4 dollars or more each time... Now it's as quick as a regular debit purchase and thanks to Spaces I no longer even need the different accounts because I can just separate my money into bills, fun, savings, etc all in the app in seconds and they all still be part of the same account but spending only comes out of the one I want without unintentionally overlapping or miscalculation thinking I have more to spend than I do. Seriously it's like... All the little "didn't know I needed it til I had it" features... 1card1app1bank. I usually don't do long reviews unless its negative but n26 earned this one.
