The app might be good but since they never sent the email with code, I wouldn’t know. Unfortunately this makes the app pretty worthless to me. I really would have liked to be able to use the app.

I love how you don’t have to write down your blood sugar it is manually in putted into your app.

I am using the latest version of iOS and i am unable to pair my accu check instant to the mysugr app coz the device isn’t listed.

Unfortunate. The “unlimited” supply makes no sense. First batch is 250 and claims to be a three month supply. Yet, testing if 4x a day would be 350. Pointed this out and rep failed to address the issue adequately. Company “tracks” you…says it will send steps by tracking you.

I been using this app since about many months now. At first it work great,but the automatic syncing results between meter to app stopped working. I tried troubleshooting it. It didn’t work. The pair code button not allowing me to type code. I keep sending messages to support team. The meter transfer showing on meter but there’s a problem with the pairing code. I’m at my limit please. It will be great to have the option to type in our results ourselves instead of automatically.

Im new to diabetes, I was diagnosed about a month ago. Starting using this tacking app to help manage my diabetes. Liked it so much I picked up one of the test meters so I could download to the app. The only thing that I have found on the app that I'm not to happy with is one things. I wish that you could print a simple format rather then these complex formats of your figures. I just need a two week look that I can print out in a simple version to send to my doctor on my iPhone. ??‍♂️

I updated my iPhone last night and lost the sync function. Is there a fix? If not please update the app. I loved it till today!
