Don’t sign up for a bundle

Hello, This is just a warning to not sign up for the bundle if you ever want to cancel it. I have been trying for a month straight to cancel and have gotten no where. I am disappointed in a company I thought so highly of. They continue to charge me and have no idea how to help me. I’m out of patience, money and time. I cannot recommend their service. I get they need to make money but at the expense of people that are already struggling? Not kind or supportive.

The lack of direct syncing with CGM and pump data is highly disappointing bit this is otherwise a good app.

this would be the best app for us type1s if there was an attached food database that we can input foods for meals to add up the carbs rather than just having to figure it out ourselves, through nutrition tags or another app, and type in a number. one drop and center both have this but their apps are not as beautiful as yours. i keep checking back every so often in the hopes that you guys will add it and i can stop using others and return. eyes crossed someday it's a possibility! :)

Love this monitor and app. It is so easy to use and it’s actually fun logging in all of your info. It makes it so much easier for me to keep up with my meals, sugar, activity, etc. I highly recommend this app! It takes out all the guesswork.

Server unavailable errors message

Extremely disappointed from an app that might have a high potential. Been having this issue for more than a month now. Whenever I try to log in I get “server not available. Maybe you're not connected to the internet”. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times with no success. Tried changing the passport as well. Really disappointed!
Can’t pair with ACCU-CHEK Instant

Does not show ACCU-CHEK Instant in list of glucometers to pair with. Utterly disappointed. Only gave it 2 stars cause it syncs with Apple health, so it can import readings from there.

The MySugr app has changed my life I am a 13 year old diabetic( I have had mine for a little over 3 years) that is very stubborn when it comes to writing down my blood sugar numbers but when I got this app it suddenly became fun! It felt like it was a challenge to train the monster by the end of the day which can be difficult at times but it still helps me! Plus I’m like always on my phone so when my parents say log you sugars I can just switch apps! I love this app because within 7 days it can tell you your average A1C is which can help you before you have a doctors appointment! It is good for younger diabetics and older ones like me that don’t like to chart their numbers!? You can even name your monster mine is currently named Chomper! Hope you all get this app because it is amazing! And as always log your numbers diabetics!?
