I really like this app because I can make notes on what I eat, if I’m checking before/after a meal, exercising, etc. My only wish was that there were more options for exercise- I think there may be with the paid version. There are also challenges to keep you motivated to track! I have struggled with finding out where I can improve to get my a1c down without a sensor (I personally do not like them) so this is helping!
