Very unreliable

The sensor doesn’t work half the time; it reports via the app that the garage door has remained open when it really hasn’t. This isn’t a problem when you are home, just go look and verify the door is closed. But when you are away and the app reports the door open? Very concerning. Worse, if you press the button on the app to close the door, it just activated the garage door opener. This means if the door really was closed, you just opened it remotely with the app. Again, there’s no way to know if the door is really open or closed while away from home via the app, which is the whole point. Total waste.

Great app and product. I don’t ever have to worry about the possibility of leaving the garage door open. Also, if my kids are ahead of us when we walk or ride bikes, they don’t have to wait for me to get home.

The app doesn’t let you get past putting in your email to sign up before it freezes & crashes. The opener is useless without the app. Maybe someone from the company will see this & fix it, Bahahahaha

Purchased new garage door and opener from Liftmaster with myQ. Works very well and was easy to set up. Included a firmware update. I’ve used it for about 1 week since setup and no issues so far. Video cam works and remote open close door from app.
