Many issues on seeing my records. Example I can’t see my last tests results in my lungs.
Pin and Face ID hasn’t worked in a year

Clunky feel. Can only log in with password. Pin and Face ID hasn’t worked in at least a year. Hard to get to all the menu choices. If you have more family members you manage, your and their items overlap on the screen - you can actually delete your messages while on their page in the ap.

This app is so convenient. I have my aunt whom I take care of also on my app. It makes life so much easier. Only thing I wish is when I get recommended to a specialist, that I can see the test results and the notes.

Your test results, cultures, blood type, medication list, pharmacy, telemedicine links, in-platform messenger, and much more - why not! If your hospital or clinic (growing list) is able to monitor and establish care records through MyMercy, I greatly recommend it!

Poorly executed. From 500 server errors, to failed payments and scheduling, there was a lot of QA work that didn’t happen.

Many times I access MyMercy only to find that I cannot access certain parts of it. Buy certain parts I meanThree or four places or more. Happens all too often

Mercy keeps double billing. They send one bill to insurance and a second bill to patient. It’s called Double billing.

This is very handy to keep track of doctor visits & medications. The biggest complaint I have is I keep getting notifications that say I have a new test result when I haven’t had any tests taken.
