The 80’s called...

The 1980’s called and wants its design back. Seriously, this app is an embarrassment and demonstrative of a lack of talent and expertise. The UX is so bad it makes me question the entire team that designed it. What about the security?!?! My records are subject to HIPPA, and I have no confidence that a novice hacker couldn’t hijack the session. Horrible. Think twice before signing into this app. Read the last six months of other reviews if you don’t believe me.
Need Apple Health Integratio

Need to be able to share our Apple Health information with Doctor. A lot of the trends I am logging and tracking I have to screenshot or export and send in excel. This would be a ton easier if we could just let the app pull that health information that we decide to share automatically.

It isn’t working on my I phone but was fine 2days ago. When I bring the app up it reads MyMercy then a blank page. Even rebooting the phone doesn’t work. Can you HELP?

Obnoxious to the hilt and completely worthless. Whoever the hillbilly was who developed this didn’t know what they were doing and should have asked someone who did, for help instead of trying to bs their way through it. Won’t install. If, after about 30 minutes you finally get it to do that it won’t let you sign in-keeps telling you your info is wrong but won’t tell you whether it’s your user name or password that’s supposedly wrong and has no way at all to report that you forgot your login ID and request to change it!! This app is straight out of ‘’Deliverance’’ and when you’re trying to figure out a way to make it work you can almost hear the banjo music in the background.

this app hasn’t been working since I downloaded it I’ve tried over & over again trying to get it to work/see if it’s going to work but haven’t had any luck it’s still not working
Add option to auto prompt for Biometrics?

Can an option be added (opt in for privacy if necessary ) to allow the app to auto login and use FaceID/prompt for TouchID? This would notability streamline the apps launch. Additional feature request Add dark mode and dark splash screen Add a way to call the clinic from the app. Ability to clear notifications Ability to remove physicians no longer being seen. Ability to track where a medication script is, be it waiting for pickup, sent electronically to the pharmacy or on hold for further information. Ability to get clear feedback when requesting a controlled medication.

I have called twice requesting assistance. Nothing done. I waited for 18 days for someone to contact me again. Nothing. Called again and told the work order was pending. Still cannot get in. Terrible customer service. This app is terrible

Registered and never received confirmation email. I tried to login and the login button opened the MyChart app for saint Anthony’s hospital. My login fails for the info I just created, tried to reset password and it fails because I didn’t select a captcha which never showed up on the screen. iPhone X latest iOS.

Every time I get a notice to check My Mercy there is a problem signing in. I’ve changed passwords so many times and by the next time I go to it again, the password is not accepted.
