FaceID does not work

The app itself is not great but will do in a pinch. The one thing that drives me crazy is not being able to us FaceID on this app when it works on everything else. Please fix.

It’s really handy to have my medical information available everywhere I go. I like the log in using facial recognition, it’s faster and I don’t have to look up my log in information. I’m still learning what all I can do it it. I get my rest results back a lot faster.

Unable to Review

I used to be able to go in and review my notes after visits but now all I get is an error saying unable to load. What’s the problem?

Great concept but more attention should go into testing before it’s released. Tons of bugs!!! Drugs have dropped off my list MULTIPLE times, can’t request refills on 1/2 my meds, get notified about new test results that I’ve already reviewed 1/2 dozen times or that I have a test pending that was completed a year ago. I get more accomplished with my paper records and it’s at least accurate. I do like being able to see my test results and talk to my doctor in between appointments, but it’s limited to the short amount of time the doctor has to offer and whether they are capable of communicating well. And out of a dozen doctors, that’s 2. Nice to have, but it’s not reliable enough for me.

I love this app because it allows me to be able to communicate with my doctors and nurses on changes, questions, scheduling appointments and also reviewing my lab results. This is seriously the best!

I really appreciate My Mercy , because it allows me the ability to review my doctors findings and suggestions and or procedures performed. I feel like my visit with my doctors is more complete.

I really like being able to look up all my info in one place… love it….but I can’t get response sometimes when I ask for refill.

Works great, but still needs a little work.

The MyMercy mobile app is very useful; I love that I can see my test results - often on the same day I had my blood draw, x-ray…etc. The one thing that would be helpful is if I was able to trash a message or several messages all at once, and without having to open the message. I typically leave the current year’s messages in my “inbox,” so at year’s end, I have to open each message in order to delete them. It would be great if we could delete them all at once. Other than that, it works great!

I enjoy the app, when it works!! Often get server error… sometimes have to come back the next day or just call the doctor to get the updated information.
