Don’t Bother

Missing one important feature. That the app actually works. Videos don’t download and even the manual won’t load. Thank God I love my car. But whoever created this app should work for that competition.

I don’t normally write app reviews but this app is ridiculously un-useful because it never works right. I’ve been trying to use it for 3 years, since I bought my car, and I always forget how crappy it is when I try to use it again. It would be wonderful if I could schedule my services through the app, and keep track of them and recalls, and it give me notifications to schedule next services. I just tried to search recalls and it froze up, even after restarting the app. I was excited to see that FaceID is supported with the new update, because I had to enter my info every time, but now I can’t even log in. It just gives me a spinning wheel of doom, after it reads my face. I don’t have that issue with any other app, and they all use FaceID. I’m glad I don’t need the use of this app to remote start my car, like some other reviewers, here. I gave it 2 stars because it now saves my car info, so that’s an improvement on previous versions.

This app used to be useful to track service history. They “upgraded” it so now my service history is a useless jumble - not sorted by service date or mileage. Instead, I get reminders to see my dealer for service or to purchase Mazda products. Don’t waste your time. Start an Excel spreadsheet.
Can’t get past signup

Terrible app, can’t get past signup. So many steps, force you to verify phone before doing anything. No password manager or even copy paste. Deleted.
Mostly useless

Owner’s manual is completely blank. That was the one thing I really needed with my new CX-5, and it doesn’t work.

Tried to add vehicle and receive error 400C01. Please check the input and try again. No idea what the issue is. Delete.
