Using notifications for ads.

I love my Mazda but the fact this app is using push notifications to advertise buying a new Mazda when I just bought one a few months ago, is not cool. And the settings are about non-existent as you can toggle Face ID on/off but nothing else. I want notifications that pertain to me, my car, my account. I don’t want ads. So I was forced to shut down ALL notifications via iOS settings. The app is way too limited.
Problem for face recognition

It is not working for Face ID on my device. I am wondering that is there any possible to fix it on Face ID?? I did enable it and somehow get turn off and on like over and over. Please fix it and need more improve.

The works alright. It starts the car. I only wish it could lock and unlock the car. I also wish I could make my payment using the app.
An ok app

Its pretty nice that it tells you your tire pressure, fuel, milage ect. Plus i have remote start on this app which is a positive. My only complaint is that i can schedule service THROUGH the app and navigation is a but clunky as well. Overall i do think it deserves a little more credit than what its getting. I do hope that mazda doesn't abandon development of the app and improves on it

Even my attempt to write a review was a problem. I’m certain nothing this bad would ever be provided to Japanese consumers who are far more demanding than Americans.
Please add ‘delete all’ button

As one of big Mazda fans, I like the simplicity of this app and it does its primary job(remote start). I got over 150 warning messages (door unlocked) and there is no way to delete all at once other than select each one of old messages. Please add ‘delete’ or ‘select all’ button!

As a bonus I recently lost all past service records on my CX-5 from the records area in the app. Is anybody listening out there?? Come on Mazda I was expecting better from you. I just bought a CX-5 and have to keep telling the app what car I have. The app can't even do the basics.

Companies need to realize that spamming people through an app’s notification system is a terrible idea. You are ruining the brand, breaking my trust, and causing me to disengage from you entirely. If I want to know about your new products, I will seek them out on my own. DO NOT SPAM ME THROUGH NOTIFICATIONS.
Great app for my Mazda!

Love this app for my brand new Mazda CX-30! Really useful and convenient on keeping up to date with services and recalls. The status alerts and notifications always keep me aware of important information about my Mazda such as when it’s left unlocked or a door is left open. Can even start/stop and unlock/lock my Mazda all from the app. The service record is easy to use and useful for keeping track of the history of everything that has been done to my Mazda. App has lots of great features. I highly recommend this app. Thank you Mazda!
