Things I would like to see in the Lidl store

I wish you all would bring items that you see over in the little stores in Europe my son and I enjoy visiting the stores in Europe in our travels when you first opened up your store you used to have more items that you could say oh I saw this over there but now it seems to be disappearing and it’s kind of disappointing I know you can’t have everything over here but I would just like to see somethings come back thank you and I do enjoy going to the little stores here in Virginia

I work off my app list when I shop for all stores I visit. I don't even go to the store unless I have created a list beforehand. The app is informative but I find it pretty useless for creating a shopping list. You really have to dig to find the item and add it to your list. Why can't I just touch the image on the weekly ad and have it added to my list like the Publix app? Please make the user experience more streamlined and self evident. I should not have to click/tap more than 2x to add something to my list; and not tap 10x to even find the item - frustrating.
Need more coupons for the money that I spend

There is only one register ever open and no staff on the floor to ask questions. No sanitize wipes to clans the carts!! I getting sick of going there anymore because of this on going issues.

Love the store hate the app. App hasn’t been working and tech team has been telling me it will the next time. I was initially impressed but not anymore.

For some reason the Lidl app rotates 90 degrees when it opens on my device. Can’t find a way to fix the issue. Still love lidl though!

Won’t let you join with a birthday other than 2/7/2008. Without joining, cannot see my store’s flyer, and can only see a flyer for a store two hours away. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
Consistently lacks advertised items at many locations

Availability of stock makes for a frustrating shopping experience. Associates at times think that selling out of an item before 11 am is an accomplishment. I see it as a NEGATIVE FACTOR for the next 9-10 hours the store is open.
