Poor apps for what is suppose to be a top brand in automobiles

Neither your financial app or the Lexus enform app ever work efficiently or properly. Huge disappointment and will make me think twice about staying with the Lexus brand

The app worked fine, then all of sudden it doesn't let log in, telling me my username and password are incorrect; which they are not.

I have owned over 50 cars and Lexus and Lexus financial services is the worst experience I have ever had!!!! The nx is a terrible car, I was told it had navigation and it does not, had to take a 3 month old car in for an oil leak and they acted like it was my fault. I’m sorry but I cannot make a head gasket go bad like that. Their app does not work correctly and every time I try to call in the Lexus financial services there automated system hangs up. I would ride the bus before ever driving a Lexus again. Would not drive one even if the paid me! Buyer be ware!!!!!

This app is simply unusable and pointless. If you don’t want me to pay my balance than just hand over the title and let’s call it even. I am never able to login without creating a password, the Face ID does not work. There is way to much security to pay a balance, I’m sure no one wants to pay my balance! Really bad app

This is an inconsistent and unstable site. It worked when originally set up. Recently the site requested reinstall of Face ID. Now site won’t accept security question answers or allow changes. Error message occurs. I cannot access my account via mobile, but I can login on my laptop. Useless app.

The app is horrible. When I use my Face ID for log in, it still decides to ask me a security question and when I put the RIGHT answer it says it’s wrong. Very annoying and irritating to be dealing with that. I’m not going to be changing the password every time either so I wait until it accepts the security question answer.

1/4/21 Every time you release new update this app gets broken!!! Always gets stuck on your stupid security questions when trying to use Face ID. It’s time to send the monkeys home and hire real developers!!!!! Stop embarrassing yourself Lexus!!!!!!! 10/31/20 update Issue still exists. It’s impossible to enable Face ID. Get stuck on idiotic security questions with the “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and cannot process your request. Please try again later” message! 10/24/20 update It’s acting again, will not let me use my Face ID. This app is a joke!!!!! Shame on you Lexus!!!! After the most recent update app is useless!!! Need to type my user name and password every time I want to sign in. There is an option to setup FaceID but after logging in it takes me to the page where I must setup security questions. After completing I’m getting Verification error....every single time and it won’t let me skip it. I understand security is important but this isn’t a Fort Knox for crying out loud!!! It’s a freaking payment app!!!! Protected by iPhone already. Make this convenient and not harder!!!!!
