I can’t login.

Duuuude1484256

It says I already have an account, so I reset my password, and when I try to login, it says there is no account with that email. That’s frustrating. The registration also doesn’t let me go back so I’ve had to reinstall the app several times.

Terrible use of screen of iPhone X

sleight42

The surveys use very little of the screen, rendering in a narrow columnar format that is difficult to read. Please update these for iPhone X.

Does it even use my Apple Watch data

122345574747

I wanted to participate in a medical study to help advance progress in wearable medical devices but I have been disappointed with this app. I can’t see where it uses my Apple Watch data and I did give it permission to everything and I have and Apple Watch 2. They should have invested more into this app to capture more accurate data. If anyone knows how to turn it on, other than what I already did please help. If you are the developer please contact me.

Contains difficult enrollment instructions, much arcane language.

This app is very useful but atrociously written

Heinrich 34

The app is no doubt extremely useful but the screen layout on the iPhone X is atrocious. The text is poorly formatted, it uses only ⅓ if the screen width and one has to wonder why the app haas been released without any quality control. Most screens require scrolling for the Next button to be seen, and what is worse, the seems to freeze about 50% of the time. A professional rewrite of the app is IMO urgently required for this project not to fail.

Read sleep data?

TheWoollyBully

Can it be setup to read the sleep data from health? I answer this question every day after looking up the data in the health app.

Not great for research

Nonawill

The messaging in this app suggests faulty conclusions if it’s being used for research purposes at Stanford, here’s an example: I’ve had a week of dealing with a respiratory infection and a resulting decrease in my usual exercise routine. In addition, I’ve reported feeling less happy because of my illness, so the app’s coach sent a message alerting me to the fact that people who are more active than I are also happier than I. That was NOT helpful. There’s no provision to note that I’m less happy and less active because I’m sick at the moment and the messaging from the coach suggests that I could improve that by being more active, when actually I need to rest indoors for a period of time so that I can begin to feel happier again. In addition I reported by blood pressure in my profile on one day and now I can’t add any updated readings. My profile is forever stuck with one BP reading on one day.

Great idea, doesn’t seem to be working

Gfdffbtesuuvg

Love the concept. I’m worried for the research team, though, if they expect to get good clean data from this. The 6-minute walk activity recorded 0 yards. The week-long assessment isn’t pulling any of the activity off my Apple Watch or out of Apple Health. All the permissions in Privacy settings are green; don’t know why this doesn’t seem to work.

iPhone Health App not accurate for counting steps

Minno2

My Fitbit counts activity more accurately than my iPhone Health App that links with My Heart App. Health data reports 4556 steps and Fitbit HR reports 11,437 steps. Carried my iPhone in my pocket all day and wore my Fitbit HR on my wrist.

Too bad but I’m deleting this app

Loveyoursoul

I really wanted to participate in this study but this app is sucking all my battery and it doesn’t seem like it’s accurately pulling my activity/movement from my Apple Watch.
