Does it even use my Apple Watch data – MyHeart Counts Review

I wanted to participate in a medical study to help advance progress in wearable medical devices but I have been disappointed with this app. I can’t see where it uses my Apple Watch data and I did give it permission to everything and I have and Apple Watch 2. They should have invested more into this app to capture more accurate data. If anyone knows how to turn it on, other than what I already did please help. If you are the developer please contact me.
