Won't open up

Today is the first time app wouldn't open up so I can see my usage not happy about that at all:(

The whole idea of the app sounds promising but for some reason the app won't let me login. I've tried so many different times that it is driving me nuts. I can login using the same credentials from safari on my phone and from my home computer but the app doesn't work.

I can login just fine on the website but the app doesn't work. Better to just save the internet bookmark on your phone. Hoping this would be handy.
When does billing cycle end

Good and easy app to use. Only problem so far is the app can't decide which day is the last day of the billing cycle. Can be frustrating for clients who watch their usage for overage charges.

Rather lame. It doesn't provide any function not on the web site. Nor does it seem to refresh the data until you log out and back in. Since there is no way to cache credentials, it is pretty hard to use frequently. Skip this and just use a bookmark in your browser.
Perfect for what I need

It's just what I hoped for. Lightweight, easy to use, simplistic. You just have to be aware of the fact that GCI only updates the data once a day. It's NOT REALTIME. Use your router for that. Figuring out how to log in was a tad confusing. Just had to set up separate account & pw for "My Usage" on their website.

I'd love this app if it was a little more accurate. My husband and I have our cells and home internet together so it always shows the three when we open the app. My irritation is that we can both open the app and it will show different information. For instance it'll show me that we've used say 60gb of our data for home net, and my husband will open the app and it'll show that we've only use 50gb. We'll both be in the app at the same time and this is what we see. I understand the app can't be 100% accurate but this is ridiculous when we're both looking at it from our phones and it shows significantly different info.
