Help Guide Doesn’t Match

The UI in the help guide screenshots is very different than the actual app. The help guide screenshots look like a much more useful app than this one.

As a home Internet user, the only info I see is my name and the days left in my cycle. Useless.

Total rubbish - will not open, have deleted and downloaded app multiple times. You also cannot see usage on regular internet. Is GCI purposely trying to prevent customers from viewing usage so that we have to pay massive overages? Get your act together GCI, you stink!

I find it is impossible to review a piece of software which crashes upon launch. This GCI software worked for me once, and only once. Ever since that time, it crashes upon authentication. No matter if I uninstall it, reinstall it, or restart my phone, it just crashes and will not cease crashing. For the life of me, I cannot imagine how GCI can allow anything this craptacular to have their name on it.
Waste of time.

The GCI representative I just spoke with, suggested I download this app. IT CRASHES AS SOON AS YOU TRY TO LOG IN! I SUGGEST you DO NOT download it UNTIL they figure out there stupid app issues! Until they fix this, I won't be using it. When they DO fix it, I'll be happy to re download it then.

We only use GCI for their internet service. Wish they had some competition, their prices are a rip off. I was told to download this app (by their customer service) to better manage our home internet usage. I can't even log-in. It crashes before loading. I've deleted and reinstalled to no avail. From the other reviews, it sounds like I couldn't review my internet data usage anyways. I'll keep trying... I guess. ?
