I think the problem with all these reviews is that folks are doing it wrong. If you have trouble signing in, stop by GCI and get help. I to did signing up procedure wrong and left neg. review because it looked as the app was crashing. But I was at local office for something else and talked to CS about it, and guess what it works. So all the neg. reviews is folks not knowing what they are doing.

If I click save password, it never opens again! If I don't, and try to log in without, it just keeps crashing!!!! Aaaaaaaargh!!!!
Not worth the data I just used to download!

Can only see wireless usage and considering I only utilize home Internet, this app is pointless. So while attempting to find a way to easily see how much data has been used, I wasted part of it on this horrible app. Ironic, the company giving me access to technology can't develop a proper technological app. Good Going GCI, keep it up--not!

I don't know what the issue is with all the low ratings, does what it's intended for, not meant for home internet, and I think the layout is nice. I do get the crashing, but it's because something is wrong with the account when you sign in, and crashing occurs until you re-download it.
Misleading app

Was told by customer service to download this app to better track out Internet data usage and avoid overages only to find out this app works for witless customers only. How do they not know what their own products do and don't do?

So I downloaded it twice and followed all the instructions, my guess is that it doesn't function properly on the i 5...just bookmark GCI on your browser if you really need to check your account...they wrote about how they updated it a year ago, so it probably hasn't been re-coded for the newer phones..
