Application not intuitive, you know who I am and what equipment I have, which services I use, should be an immediate list of choices for what I’m trying to do
No cell no service!

No service without cell service! Requires very frequent reauthorization which requires cell service!!!
Has yet to solve tailgater issues

Tried to use it for solving issues with my tailgater while camping. Never helps. If I can't get it to work I would suggest investing your money to switch to streaming through a hot spot rather than over-paying for service that doesn't consistently work.

I have to call at least once a month due to something wrong with my bill or service. Not happy with Dish. At first Dish was awesome. Not anymore! Looking for another provider.
