App says I owe $0.00 and then my service is interrupted, a LATE FEE applied and magically a payment returns my service. Really getting annoyed with DISH!

Way to expensive for existing customers as they offer discounts to new customers and it goes out all the time!

The touch sign in doesn’t work. When I select payment amount to select past due amount, it goes to $0.00. I have to enter other amount.

The best company ever, technician service, equipment, customer service, price, programming, schedule, I love my service and happy to pay my bill, American’s Top 250 is my concurrent programming with my hopper 3, I can enjoy everywhere with my app is like pay for one service and receive 2.!!!!
