This is even easier than paying by phone. Now, if we could get Dish Anywhere without having to do Hopper......naaaaah.... ?

Wish I could get better deals like new customers do. You should reward your long term customers better with better rates. I’ve been loyal customer for 5 years, you should give me better rates on my package. I love Dish, I’d just like to get better rates like new customers. I can switch to a different provider for much cheaper, but I don’t and you should reward me with free pay per views occasionally or a better package rate deal for sticking with you.

I love my dish service, but I do not like the hopper. Would like to go back to my other dvr. Thanks for providing this service and one day I'll get the CW channel back. Karen Henthorne
Never works to turn on RV receiver.

App makes you think service will turn on. Always have to call. Online chat (w India?) epic fail. And no selection to turn off RV service in App, either.

We are full time RVers. I love my Dish. Every time I have had an issue, it has been resolved in minutes!
Why 2 apps?

I wish the DISH app and the MyDISH app were combined into one. I do not need two apps for one service our family uses.

app doesn’t allow changing previously totaled monthly bill to real-time bill (due to additional movies rented after monthly bill generated). This requires a second transaction if you figure out what to do without choices.
