Please pay attention to details!!! Horrible booking app. Why am I getting parts of my trip in German????? Why is part of the coding language exposed in hotel descriptions??? Why the prices of all possible hotels don’t come up in the first place? Why do I have to check the price of hotel by hotel??

All I seem to be able to do is check the weather. My trips booked on CWT do not sync - yes, I signed up for this app with the same email that I booked my trips under. Is there a point here?

The App hasn’t work on the iPad for over a month and the update still has no fix. Duh !!!! Still waiting to hear back from Customer Service on 2 separate bookings the App screwed up in October and November. Probably should hold my breath.

The only issue I have with this is that we can not book actual flights or car rentals. All of my profile information is upload I would like to be able to complete a purchase on the app
App not working after update

I cannot get the app to allow me to sign in. When talking to the MyCWT help line they said my account has been suspended. This happened during the last App update also. Nobody from my travel department requested my profile suspension and CWT cannot tell me why it was suspended. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.
