The rooms offered via laptop website and mobile App are VERY different. Impossible to book on the laptop. Very frustrating.
Need to be able to find hotels in nearby cities

For my reservation, I was not familiar with the nearby cities. The town I was traveling only had one choice which was booked. I had to resort to another app to find nearby cities. This app should show lodging in nearby cities even if you don’t know the name of those cities. Otherwise, it worked fine.
Slow and useless app. Don’t waste your time.

I tried this app several times to give it a chance I was disappointed each and every time. Don’t waste your time downloading this app because it won’t help you and your travel plans, the passwords are always incorrect due to app error.

The look and feel of app was improved but in the process messed up the hotel club membership causing it to put in wrong membership information on reservations. Called it in several times and still defective.

I can't, with my company, use this app to book. But it's great for status updates and itinerary. To those that think the app is useless, it's because you aren't using CWT's travel agency. My company does and this app integrates all my itineraries, plus I can add personal ones to it as well for combined business/pleasure trips.
