Easy to navigate. Regularly fails to complete booking with messages like “something went wrong please try again later”. If you have the patience to try three times then great

I have never before had such a bad experience using an app. My company recently switched to this travel company and... what a mistake!!! The screen views shown here in the App Store are not at all what I see when I log in with my credentials. One week I am able to book my hotels with no issues, the next, the option isn’t even available to me. This. Is. Trash. Do NOT recommend.

This service is the worst we have ever dealt with. They constantly change my concur login and don’t ticket my flights. I can’t book car rentals through this damned app either!!! We have had nothing but issues from them and we are soon to change!!! I cannot wait!
No Face reco login!

The IOS version uses mycwt.com to login. No facial recognition login. No login without internet service. So if you need to view basic information that should reside within the app, you can’t access the info without internet service.

This app auto loads in checking days 3 day away. Load the check in day the same as the day when I open the app.
