Terrible

Senator7

If your app is going to demand I complete all fields, tell me which one(s) is incomplete!!!!

Great Tool

kay's boy

It keeps my itinerary at my fingertips. Thanks

I only use this app because my job makes me

Lostinmywords

I don’t like that you can’t book a flight on the app. Isn’t that the whole purpose of a travel app?!?! I do like that it keeps my travel details in one spot once I book though, so I gave them two stars instead of one.

Worst travel agent ever

bluehenbear

This is bar none the worst app and website I’ve ever used for business. And today when I couldn’t find a confirmation number for a reservation I call and agent tells me there’s nothing he can help me with because even his systems are down.

Love it

sachin amin

Keeps my schedule on track and organized

Great Company App

Cardinalis88

I have to use for work and it is great for keeping everything straight and getting updates adding itinerary to calendar and having historical documentation for expense reports

CWT App review

Lawrence of Batavia

I have an explanation for why this useless app is getting a good rating. When I went to touch the rating star system, it just gave itself whatever it wanted and said thanks for the update? The rating wasn’t what I wanted to select ?

Limited booking capability

RJL3082

I need to be able to actually book trips on the go. The hotel is the only thing you can book on the app, and that is the least likely item I would need at last minute notice. Calendar reminders of my reservation are already available through the online booking tool. What is needed is the ability to actually make reservations on the go. Nice concept, but limited actual utility

Error codes pop out

cwt needs improvement

Disappointed. Having error codes for many times.

CWT site

completely useless site

Very difficult to use asks for irrelevant information. Would avoid CWT if I could.
