Disappointed with app, HNR Block, emerald card

I’m so disappointed in HNR BLOCK & the EMERALD card. I’ve been calling the 866 & 888 #’s you gave me for over a week! I get only so far and then you hang up on me every time! There is no phone support! I get a human finally at the local office but they can’t help me! I can’t get into your website or app because I don’t have the CVC code for a lost emerald card! I can’t get into the IRS website because I don’t have the bank account number for YOUR bank linked to the emerald card! I have been a loyal HNR Block customer for years! But I think I’m using Turbo Tax next year due to your lack of customer service! I just lost my father in law to Covid19 and I’m severely stressed! Any help would be greatly appreciated and I’d be happy to delete my nasty review!

It makes you log in 4 times. Did my password and it reset the screen. Did it again brought me to a white page. Backed out of that to the login again for the 3rd time. Reset my screen to make me sign in yet a 4th time then went through. Please update your app

Not only are my current taxes not showing up (which I filed 2 months ago) but no previous years either. When I try to view my security information it keeps saying “Uh-Oh SOMETHING WENT WRONG”. This is a major SECURITY THREAT! This app is trash!!!! Do not download!!!

I have been filing my taxes with H&R for so many years and you will be satisfied until you get into an issue. My taxes got rejected by IRS for some reason and the customer services representative was not able to identify what the issue is and was not even knowledgeable enough to understand some basic tax terms. I paid ~100 for the Deluxe service and the response I got from the representative and his Supervisor that since the tax got rejected by IRS you need to print the taxes and sent to IRS by mail and wait for the office to open post Covid issue is resolved. Per their policy a refund cannot be issued since it is the problem from IRS end and I have used their service to submit the taxes. No matter whether IRS approves it or not if you use their service you will be charged and no support from their end to resolve the issue. Tax filing services like Credit Karma gives better platform than this and is totally FREE to file taxes. #H&RPATHETICSERVICE

This app needs work. It doesn’t work half the time. I often can’t upload checks or see my transaction history.
Do NOT get the Emerald Card

This app is a piece of ... its useless in better words. As the stimulus checks were sent out, my stimulus check went to an emerald card that’s expired. One would think it should be easy to simply get a replacement, however, I have been trying for 3 days straight now. The bank won’t answer the phone, there’s no way to request a new card in the app (useless), and all offices are saying that they are not accepting walk ins and I have to call the bank. The bank doesn’t even allow you to hold, it simply says the call volume is high and hangs up. How am I ever going to get this problem resolved?!? There’s no email or anything on the app or the site. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH H&R BLOCK !!!
