The authentication system doesn’t work. I enter the requested info and verified it as correct but it just won’t accept it. So, I really can’t say if the app is any good because I can’t even access it.

Started doing tax return using my computer. Had technical issues. Figured I’d use the app. Guess what: nothing transfers over. HR Block software is awful.

It won’t send the security code to even sign in the first time. Then the screen goes blank and signs me out.

This app is not functionally acceptable. It doesn’t sync with password changes. Ive had to change my password 20+ times since April 15. (Today: 05/14/20) I have an iPhone and due to the password issue, the facial recognition software has to be reset every time. It has trouble loading account information- including balance and transaction history. Unsatisfying and just another reason why H&R Block will not likely be my choice for filing taxes in the future.

If I could give this place a zero then I would. There is zero privacy when discussing your taxes/personal information and I could overhear others discussing their money. I was referred to this company by a family member and talked into using the Emerald Card. That was the worst thing I have EVER experienced. I have had nothing but problems using the card and they charge you for withdrawing your own money! This should be ILLEGAL.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. App does not work at all. Does not let you log in even if you put in your correct login info. It constantly tells you it’s incorrect. Believe the current bad reviews.
